Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living (meals, hygiene, community outings)
- Implement personalized habilitation plans
- Build trusting relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma (no experience needed—we train!)
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Compassion for IDD/autism communities
